1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Beginner Trading Prop Deals ("we", "us", "our"). Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. Trading futures and leveraged products is not available to minors.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content on the Site — including comparisons, reviews, recommendations, and any written or visual material — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

Financial, investment, or trading advice
A solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument
Tax, legal, or accounting advice
A guarantee of any outcome, profit, or performance

We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, commodity trading advisors, or licensed financial professionals. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

4. Risk Disclosure

Prop firm evaluations and funded accounts carry their own risks, including the loss of evaluation fees, activation fees, and any profit not yet paid out. Account rules, drawdown limits, and payout policies are determined by each prop firm, not by us.

5. Affiliate Relationships

The Site contains affiliate links. We receive compensation from the prop firms featured on the Site when you sign up through our links or use our discount code. This compensation does not increase the price you pay. We disclose this relationship in accordance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR §255).

We strive to provide honest, useful information, but you should be aware of our financial relationship with the firms we feature when evaluating our content.

Your contractual relationship with any prop firm is solely between you and that firm. Always review the firm's current terms, rules, and disclosures on their official website before purchasing.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. However, prop firm pricing, rules, and promotions change frequently and without notice. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is current, accurate, or complete. Always verify details directly with the prop firm before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party logos (Apex Trader Funding, Lucid Trading, Take Profit Trader, Tradeify) are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes only.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute content from the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beginner Trading Prop Deals, its owners, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical Performance

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
